O Leme — Restaurant in Ílhavo

Portugal never stops to amaze me, When arrived to recommend restaurant by a friend from outside it looked like nothing special. We entered the “O Leme” and ambient was really warm of possibilities, very clean, we ordered food from Chef directly who spoke really good English, specials kept coming on the table and flavor explosions started! This chef knows his stuff, amazing setup, food was mind blowing and service with smiles and positivity. Conclusion “ Don’t judge the book by its cover” will come again! We had a a session in “O Leme” and what a session it was. They have a very good variety of wines, some are not on the menu, but they let You have a look and then You can ask the price. Regarding the food is absolutely FANTASTIC if You are a meat Lover I haven’t tried anything else apart from the meat dishes, all crazy good! definetely go there. A bit off of the tourist site but the food was super super good with appropriate prices (4 persons wine, starter, main, desert ~70€) and super nice staff. Cool local ambiente, we were the only tourists and that adds to the experience. 5 stars...
