Baba-te Connosco — Restaurant in Alcochete

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PLACE!!! Came across this restaurant while visiting Alcochete - minimalist which made me feel super comfortable. The service was just unreal, felt very welcome and at home! And the food….. probably one of the best restaurants i’ve been in a long time. Had the Cogumelos à bolhão pato and what a beautiful idea of bringing 2 amazing dishes together! Also had the Croquetes de Presunto and was probably my favourite, presunto in a croquete is just perfection. Will definitely come back and i recommend this 100% - speacially after a walk watching the sunset...

It was simply lovely. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly. It is a bit hidden, but worth finding. I would come back. The only negative is that they automatically brought out appetizers (bread with special butters) that we didn't ask for but if we would have eaten, we would have billed for. Fortunately we asked and they told us this is the case, but without asking I don't think they would have. “Baba-te connosco” literally made me drool!! I had what i can call the best bacalhau espiritual i’ve ever had. My friends had the Francesinha and the Mac and Cheese.
