Barrete Verde — Restaurant in Alcochete

I had a fantastic experience at this charming, traditional restaurant. We were warmly received by the host, whose family own and run the restaurant with the passion and pride of toureiros. The food was cooked with love, and the generous portions were packed with flavour. I will be a regular here from now on.

Update - I'm a regular at Barrete Verde now, and it's consistently excellent. You should definitely call ahead and reserve a place though, especially on weekends.
