For desert maybe the 'Espera maridos' but do not go without trying the huuuummmm 'Pudim de queijo'. To finish this perfect meal, coffee and Grogue, is a Cape Verdean alcoholic beverage, an aguardente made from sugarcanes. I personally preferred the 'Ponche de mel' a Grog with the addition of cane honey to soften and sweeten the strong and bitter taste of pure grog.
