PILGRIMS MENU: No price listed outside - why?

They brought olives and bread (as usual for a set menu in Portugal).

They served the main with a drink.

Then asked for desert choice which was included + offered coffee.

This is all normal practise for a set menu.

When billed: The pilgrim menu was €15 (this is normal price, not a pilgrim price).

Bread, olives, and desert were extra*

Normally for €14 this is:

A plate of food Sobremesa Coffee Drink All included

Everybody knows this in Portugal.

Either this is a short term, bad business plan to make money, or just a mistake.

Improve: clearly state pilgrim menu price outside and what is...
