We had two meals here and stayed the night as well. Excellent place. Great food and outstanding hosting by Antonio. Highly recommend.
Antonio has two rooms that he only rents to people walking the Camino Portugues (2 in one room, 4 in the other. We had the double for 20 euros), a cafe/bar and fancy restaurant. We had a very enjoyable afternoon and evening together in the cafe, listening to Fado music, with Leonard Cohen slipped in (he’s very popular in Portugal). While the food and service were excellent on both occasions it was the humble presence of Antonio that made the day for us pilgrims (me, my partner, my daughter and my 12 year old football playing granddaughter).
