McDonald's — Restaurant in Barreiro

The manager was rude.

He happened to be at the counter when we were in line. We had had two happy meals earlier and my son wanted to check the other toys so that he wouldn't have duplicate toys.

The manager seemed bothered by us (although every other mcd's we have asked the same question, and the staff is always so nice).

He threw the other toys at the counter in front of us and grabbed the two we had from my son's hands. He didn't even ask if we wanted to make the trade after we saw which toys he had.

My son was shocked. He's only 6 years old and even he found the manager rude. He told the manager thank you, as did I, but the manager ignored us. He said it louder, because he thought the guy didn't hear us (though I knew the guy was obviously ignoring us), and even the guy behind the manager acknowledged us, but the manager refused to even look at us again.

The rest of the staff was friendly. But I have no idea how this guy got...

Infelizmente aguns funcionários andam à deriva. Pedi menus para comer no local e outros para levar. Tudo ao mesmo tempo. Comemos e as coisas para levar nunca mais chegavam. Dirigi-me ao balcão e ninguém me perguntou nada. Atendiam clientes que chegavam, iam-se embora, e só me diziam "vou já a seguir" . Cansei-me de esperar e perguntei bem alto onde estavam as minhas coisas para levar. Aí olharam para mim sem saberem o que se estava a passar. Mostrei o ticket e mostrei o meu descontentamento em estar tanto tempo à espera quando disse que queria as duas coisas ao mesmo tempo e fiquei mais tempo à espera do que a comer. Só aí é que foram fazer o meu pedido. Resumindo, pedi tudo ao mesmo tempo pois ainda ía fazer mais de uma hora de viagem e acabei por perder ali muito mais tempo. Muito feio foi a responsável que ao ver que tinha havido engano e que presenciou o meu pedido, fugiu lá para dentro e nunca mais a vi.
