Nice and cosy place. Decorated in an non Portuguese way which gives it a nice touch.

Very friendly and attentive staff.

We ordered several starters which were quite good. The pizza was completely homemade and excellent. All being reasonably priced. Good selection of wine but a little bit on the pricey side imho.

To my surprise the part on the left (with the bar and restaurant) is a smoking area. The new dining area is located behind the smoking area. As the Portuguese are heavy smokers I think this is not a very well thought out design as you have to pass the smoking area at least two times.

May be the other half (cafetaria) is smoke-free but I did not check.

Two small steps at the entrance so it is with a little effort accessible for wheelchairs. Several parking places especially for people with...

The service was great, he was really polite and very welcoming. The space looks very nice, specially because of the tiles and the ceiling.

We had the mixed grill and steak with mushrooms.

The mix grilled it was 2 out of 5, the presentation is great, don’t take me wrong, but the meat it was very fat.

Regarding the steak with mushrooms, 3 out of 5. Right on the spot, but it could be a bit more flavoured. Also, it could be nice to mention that it was pork meat, I was expecting red meat.

The desert of the house, super good!

Oh, I can’t forget to talk about the wine, they only work with wines from this parish, 5 stars!!

Infelizmente não foi uma boa experiência. O atendimento até foi simpático. Na realidade foi o melhor de tudo e ainda assim deixou a desejar. A comida.... Bem... Eu pedi bifinhos com cogumelos. A apresentação era boa e a quantidade era bastante! No entanto não tinha sal, o que faz com que não tivesse grande sabor, 2 dos bifinhos estavam pastilha, encontrei um cabelo e um mosquito no prato. Não informei ninguém da casa porque queria era despachar-me já que a minha filha de 3 anos estava com a birra do sono. Assim sendo não tinha tempo nem disposição para estar à espera de outro prato... comi e calei. O meu marido comeu calamares. Antes de fazer o pedido perguntou como eram servidos. Foi respondido que eram umas rodelas. Perguntou se era acompanhado com batatas fritas e foi dito que sim. À mesa chega uma travessa com as "rodelas" e uma enorme salada. Depois de abordada a colaboradora, dizendo que se esqueceram das batatas, a resposta foi que afinal não trazia. No entanto se quisesse podiam fazer. O meu marido disse que queria. No fim pedi a conta e disse que queria colocar o número de contribuinte. Sem problema... mas acabou por se esquecer de o colocar... Para além destes pratos pedimos 3 sumos. Esta conta ficou em 18,90€. Ah.... afinal não... A menina ainda pediu desculpa por se ter esquecido de registar as batatas! Ficou portanto em 20,50€! Ainda tiveram a coragem de cobrar as batatas!? Depois disto... Nem comentei... saí para não mais voltar e vim deixar aqui o relato da minha experiência neste café. Espero que tenham...
