I can most warmly recommend Kandy Pan Asian Restaurant in Aldeia de Juzo, Cascais. The restaurant is super cosy with a relaxed but at the same time boheme chic vibe and the food is divine and really uniquely different (their various Sri Lankan curries are definitely the best in town but you must also try their spicey starters and yummy desserts which are out of this world! 😋) And most importantly: the service is very attentive and couldn't be friendlier! ❤️ They currently even have a weekday lunch special for only 12 Euros for a curry dish and a drink which is a really good deal, especially in Cascais. 💕 We will...

Newly opened and bringing a South East Asian flair to the area the food in Kandy is well made, authentic and served by great people. As there where three of us we decided on 2 different starters and 3 different mains. For the starters the Fish Cakes have an excellent zing to them, an immediately conjure up tastes from Thailand. The satay was well prepared and the sauce has a rich mouthfeel. For the 3 mains we sampled the Kottu Roti (a first and not last time for me), the Butter Chicken and a Sri Lankan Rice and Curry. We had an incredible lunch experience at Kandy. I ordered the chicken Pad Thai, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced flavors and beautifully cooked. My mom tried the Indian butter chicken, and she couldn’t stop raving about how rich and flavorful it was. My husband went for the Sri Lankan noodles and loved every bite.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the owner, Mel, made the experience even more special. She was so welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home.
