Pizzeria da Linha — Restaurant in Cascais

Pizzeria da Linha is my husbands and mine most favorite pizza spot. We order from them probably about once a week and have been doing so for about a year. Their pizza is always impeccable. Super clean, well balanced, perfectly crispy. Delicious! Sadly, this is the first time it came otherwise. Incredibly greasy, the crust was soggy from TOO MUCH CHEESE, and burnt pizza dough. The reason I wanted to write this review is because I LOVE THIS PIZZA and I want to continue ordering from here but I simply can’t if it comes this way again. Dia 22/05 fiz um pedido para o hospital e foi entregue a pizza em um estado inaceitável. Como cliente fiquei muito insatisfeita, uma vez que isso não é a melhor forma de se entregar um produto ao cliente. Entrei em contacto com a pizzaria mas nada foi feito, até mesmo porque deixaram de responder as minhas mensagens. Creio que para um comercio fluir bem oque importa é a fidelização do cliente e entregar o melhor e não apenas despachar a pizza. Realmente fiquei muito frustada uma vez que tinha feedback bom e me entregaram a pizza toda amassada e destruida.
