It's a relative new restaurant. The place was converter and works nicely. The service was pleasant. The room chef had a good presence. The menu is portuguese cuisine or better designate "Ribatejana cuisine ", this cuisine share some taste with the "Alentejana cuisine". They were very flexible to what's concern to choosing the garnish/side dish. The Wine menu was very positive and have some interesting brand's, like a "frisante Plexus Rosé", it's not so common to find that brand. It is from " Tejo Region" and in my opinion is simple but works lovely in the summer with the fish dishes, it's like an "lambrusco" but less sweet and the sparkling it's a bit more strong. What's concern to the digestive selection, in my opinion they should evaluate to the most finest o Porto wine. From my experience and tasty my advise is to get " Fine Tawny Porto" from Taylor's "4xx Taylor Fladgate". The desserts list very traditional and tasty also. The price is reasonable. The service is excellent, the food is flavoursome and they serve reasonable portions. You can select half or full dose on a number of the dishes on the menu. Foreigners might not be aware, but in some restaurants in Portugal, staff bring you snacks before the meal. These are not free snacks, so feel free to find out what they cost before you eat them.
