Bar do Tiago - Praia do - Farol — Restaurant in Faro

Nothing special. This bar is in a spectacular location, but alas it needs a bit of TLC. We stopped and had a tuna and a prawn salad with beers. Well I could have bought it from a local supermarket. It was served in a plastic container, just like a supermarket one and the it was just basic. Hardly anyone there, the staff looked bored to death as no custom. A little initiative, like the bar along the way and this could be fantastic. Sadly not...

Ilha do Farol is the only place in the world to where I religiously return every single year since I was born (a considerable number of years ago...). Este é um daqueles spots com excelente localização e uma vista incrível! A oferta resume-se a refeições ligeiras, mas o que escolhemos estava saboroso ☺️. O staff é muito simpático e vale mesmo a pena parar no Bar do Tiago.

Ainda assim, não posso deixar de referir que não apreciei o uso de copos de plástico para as bebidas e de cartão para os cafés. Com tantas alternativas mais sustentáveis, esta opção parece desajustada e retira alguma dignidade ao serviço. Espero que possam repensar esta escolha.
