Unfriendly, unwelcoming, unhygienic and dreadful food!

I went for lunch here with my husband, we ordered 2 toasties and 2 drinks. When the drinks arrived the glasses were filthy, we asked the waitress to exchange them, without saying a word she examined them thoroughly and went away. When she returned, she slammed the new drinks on the table without an apology.

The food took over an hour to arrive. I don't know why because it looked like it had been thrown on the plate with no care and attention and prepared by someone who has little culinary knowledge. The food was below standard and overpriced.

When I thought the experience could not get any worse, I visited the toilets, they were filthy and smelt of old urine (I dread to think what their kitchen is like)

We addressed the issues with the manager who was very confrontational and somewhat aggressive, we reluctantly paid the bill and left NEVER...

My partner and I decided to have lunch here. We ordered a cheese and ham toasty to share. Whilst we were waiting for our food, we overheard the manager and his staff talking loudly and negatively about previous customers. We found this to be very unprofessional, and it made us feel unsettled and unwelcome. After a long 40 minute wait, our toasty arrived. It was more of a sandwich as the bread was not toasted and was soggy. Further to what we had heard, we did not feel comfortable addressing this. Therefore, we paid the overpriced bill and went elsewhere. We would recommend finding one of the other restaurants on the beach, which are well established and experienced in hospitality. Absolutely Dreadful Experience I rarely leave reviews, but my recent visit was so appalling I felt compelled to share. The service was incredibly poor – our waiter was inattentive and seemed bothered by every request. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers.

To make matters worse, the cost was ridiculously high for what we received. I wouldn't mind paying a premium for quality, but this was far from it. Which brings me to the food: it was absolutely terrible. Bland, overcooked, and clearly made with little care. I've had better ready meals from a supermarket.
