Pizzaria Ratolas — Restaurant in Figueira da Foz

Bad personal, no smile, no thanks, no hello We received our food 50min after asking it, I don't know how this pizzaria can have 4,4 stars. And the quality of the food isn't good, the pizzas are dry like stone and the pasta was kinda slimy. The hygiene is bad as hell, one of the cookers use his spatula for touching is colleague head before touching pizza with it. Disgusting.

Normalmente nem sou de dar este tipo de reviews, mas esta pizzaria foi a maior desilusão de sempre. Pizza de 4 estações não vem dívida em 4. É uma pizza de fiambre, cogumelos de lata e brunesa de pimento verde e vermelha. Muito mais mesmo. A pizza portuguesa tinha estes ingredientes mais cebola crua e azeitonas... A pizza bolonhesa estava sem sabor, carne mal temporada e sexa... Pizza Asiática o frango estava seco... Mas seco que tive de beber duas fantas de propósito para terminar aquilo.. não consegui. Atendimento amador, as pessoas de sala estavam perdidas , não levantam sequer as garrafas vazias de cerveja. Antes que me esqueça, as entradas de pão de alho demorou uns 20 minutos... Resumidamente, isto é um restaurante que faz pizzas parecidas aquelas que se faz em casa quando não tempo...

Sehr nettes Lokal, waren hier zum Abendessen. Als wir kamen, war schon das halbe Restaurant belegt, nach dem wir das Essen aufgegeben hatten, etwa 5 Minuten später, war das gesamte Restaurant mit jedem Tisch belegt. Personal war sehr freundlich, wir wurden äußerst schnell bedient. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten zwei Pizzen bestellt. Diese kamen in etwa nach 15 Minuten frisch belegt an unseren Tisch. Die Pizza war geschmacklich super einzige was mich etwa störte (das ist aber eine persönliche Meinung!!) war, dass der teig nicht knusprig sondern ehr fluffig war.
