A restaurant that has no conditions to be open and serve food to the public.

The owners dont realise that when you go to a restaurant, it's to be well attended, and eat good food.

My experience was completely, outstandingly bad.

First, we asked some hamburger with french fries rice and eggs for my daughter. Whille she was finishing the soup, I've took one or two fries to give to my young one, 1 year old.

When the old one start eating, she called my attention to say that the fries where with red...

Result, the fries small, and cold, where with some red colour like ketchup.

Clearly fries coming from another dish that was served previously to other persons.

When I've complained, the answer was that the fries where just like that, and if I wanted to complain, to go and complain with the supplier.

They start answering with a very bad tone, and since I didn't shut up, and mention that I was going to make a complain, they changed the dish, by a new one.

The new one came with the hamburger still with blood. I asked to cook it a little better, and they took 20 mins to bring a new one.

On all of this, not even one I'm sorry, or a nice word.

At the end I wanted to pay, to have the invoice, and allow me to make a complain, and they told me that they didn't want to charge...

The fact is that this way I would not have any proof that I've been there.

I've insisted that I wanted to pay, and told them that I was going to issue a complaint. The result was that we where menaced, and they thrown us away. They even told us that if I would call the police, I was not going to leave the restaurant well! And to be be careful, and just leave...

Result, I had to call the police, and ask them to go to the restaurant with me, and support me, to issue an official complaint on "livro de reclamações".

This one was just provided after the police order them to provide it. Their excuse was that since I didn't pay, I was not entitled to complain.

At the end we where classified by them as people without class, gipsies, etc...

Just to mention to the owners, when I go to a place to eat, is to pay (I don't need anyone to pay for my meals). And when I pay, I like to be served accordingly.

I've seen in some comments, the excuse, for the bad experience, that a discount was made, etc, so this way I urge you to understand that this is not excuse to serve food that are rests from the food that has been served to other people.

Hicimos reserva y nos tardaron en coger la nota más de media hora más otros 40 minutos de espera para que nos sirvieran la comida .
