After reading the reviews, we decided to give this place a try. We went for weekend dinner on 13-Sep-25 (Saturday) around 7:30 PM, only to find it closed. There was no notice or signage about the closure. We thought maybe we were a little early since the opening time is listed as 7:30 PM, so we waited another 20 minutes, but no one showed up. Eventually, we had to go to another restaurant for dinner. Very disappointing and unprofessional way of running a business.

De los 10 días que llevamos en Portugal el mejor bacalao el que comí aquí, fresco y con la cocción perfecta, muy buen sabor. La presentación de los platos muy buena, los acompañantes riquísimos. La picanha de ternera tierna y bien cocinada. Sin duda merece la pena si estás por la zona darle la oportunidad porque no está en una zona turística y los dueños son encantadores. Sin duda volveremos

Vizinho II já abriu com nova gerência. Já tive a oportunidade de fazer duas refeições no restaurante e foi uma óptima experiência. A última refeição que fiz foi um prato de maminha, muito bem confecionada e boa quantidade. Ótimo para refeições de grupo, familiares ou de trabalho. Preços justos e acessíveis. Colaboradores de extrema simpatia.

De los 10 días que llevamos en Portugal el mejor bacalao el que comí aquí, fresco y con la cocción perfecta, muy buen sabor. La presentación de los platos muy buena, los acompañantes riquísimos. Vizinho II já abriu com nova gerência. Já tive a oportunidade de fazer duas refeições no restaurante e foi uma óptima experiência. A última refeição que fiz foi um prato de maminha, muito bem confecionada e boa quantidade. Ótimo para refeições de grupo, familiares ou de trabalho. Preços justos e acessíveis. I enjoyed my meal here very much! The soup was tasty and hearty, less a puree and more a 'vegetable soup'. My fish was also good. I appreciated the service and the desire to accommodate customer needs. Apparently, they are somewhat newly re-opened; I think they deserve to be full...

The food was really delicious. A variety menu including Brazilian and Portuguese meals. The feijoada was impeccable, the Bacalhau à Brás was hearty, the pea soup was smooth, and the desert was so fun! Most importantly, the service was excellent. We will be coming...
