Restaurant Review: Quinta Estação

Quinta Estação was, unfortunately, a disappointment from start to finish. Despite having only a few tables occupied, we waited over an hour just to receive our starter. The service was frustratingly poor—every time we tried to get the attention of the staff, they either turned their backs or outright ran away, making the wait feel even longer.

Communication was also a significant issue. Aside from the manager, no one seemed to speak English, leading to confusion and a lack of clarity throughout the evening. This only added to the growing frustration as we struggled to communicate basic requests.

While the wine selection was impressive, it was one of the few redeeming qualities of the experience. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. The traditional picanha for two, which looked appetizing, turned out to be a big letdown.

In summary, Quinta Estação may have a good wine list, but the slow, inattentive service and disappointing food make it a place I cannot recommend. Despite the appealing presentation, the overall experience was far...

I chose Quinta Estação as the venue for my Wedding/Baptism party 21/10/23.

We had our food/party in Sala Verão, and it has the most stunning view, our food was served as a buffet and it was absolutely delicious! everyone raved about the food, I even requested if by chance soup could be served for the kids (off menu) and they were able to accommodate that request very easily, the service was outstanding as well, the waiters were constantly topping up drinks, attentive & friendly.

Due to the weather we actually arrived an hour earlier than what we had booked originally, so we sat downs stairs having drinks and again everyone was absolutely fabulous, and there was no issue at all with all us in the restaurant drinking and burning a bit of time.

I would 100% recommend Quinta Estação to anyone that is looking to book one of their event rooms, you will not be disappointed! I am sooo happy that I chose this place for my Wedding/Baptism party! Thank you for all...

Found this fantastic restaurant by luck really...... Whilst sitting on my balcony every night I could see a very lit up building across the valley a couple of miles in the distance.... by using Google maps, finally worked out it was Quinta Estação. The reviews were good, so on our last night we decided to venture out on the bus to go check it out. We were not disappointed. The best meal of the holiday by far! Very modern, fancy looking place but felt comfortable in semi casual clothing....Very attentive service, but not intrusive. Good portion sizes, every person's meal was delicious. Very family friendly with great views and nice little park for the children. bus stop immediately outside the front door. All drinks and food at very reasonable prices.- evening meal with dessert and drinks and coffees only slightly more than a single course lunch in the old town!
