This place really surprised us. Flores Island, being so small, we weren't expecting such a quality meal, friendly service, and fair prices compared to the other Islands in the Azores.

We ordered local beer and wine, as well as freshly prepared fish which was caught locally, and a beef burger which is also local.

The beer and wine was enjoyable.

The battered cod fish is finished in the oven and presented upon potatoes, with onions and peppers. The portion was more than generous, and seasoned to perfection. I can definately recommend this dish.

The burger consisted of an Azorian patty, with a good fat content, and great fresh taste. Very nice quality meat. Also in the burger is lettuce, tomato, bacon, egg and cheese. Many diffrent flavours which compliment each other very well, and brought together with a sweetness of a local jam (pineapple I think). The burger bun is not your typical bun, it is less dense which means you can enjoy the true taste of the contents of the burger, and not too much bread! Very well priced and I'd be happy to eat this burger once a week if I could!

The two young waitors are full of good energy, and keep the atmosphere friendly and light. They seem to be content and pleased to do their job while taking pride in it.

what an amazing place!! we’ve been eating there every day during our stay. first thing - kitchen - is very tasty, we tried every dish, everything tastes perfect. prices are fair, portions are big. can recommend shrimps and mussels from starters, octopus, cod fish and squid from mains. coconut pudding from desserts is the best!! second - service - is pleasant. you have a feeling like you’re coming to your friends. everyone is respectful, polite and super duper nice! if you sit outside you don’t have to reserve table, for inside they are doing reservations and if you don’t book table early you won’t have a place to sit inside. in a day time they don’t do dishes from the menu just bar and snacks. best wishes and good luck to you guys :) cheers and all the best from...

This restaurant has one of the best dining locations in the area with mountain and ocean views. The food is decent for the area but nothing amazing. The service was good but usually understaffed.

Lunch is served from 1200-1400. Dinner is served from 1900-2200. Dinner reservations are required. There are a lot of menu options for dinner, including steak, seafood, pasta, pizza, and burgers.
