Yummy House - Sushi & Asian Food — Restaurant in Maia

We had lunch here yesterday before returning to our rental van in Maia. We chose to eat here because it was close to our rental van office.

I recommend this all-you-can-eat sushi and Asian food restaurant if you come with more than 3 people. It is not worth it to come for 1 or 2 people. Drinks and dessert are not included. We paid 14.90 euros per person. The quality is okay, and I have better in Vila Nova de Gaia in terms of the taste and quality.

Cons I hope they can reduce the portion of the food they serve. For example for fried noodles or fried rice, the portion is too big for 2 people. It is better to make it smaller in portions for no waste in food since they will charge for a waste of food. We did not want to come there just to eat noodles. We also need to try another dish.

The salad of salmon is full of alface, please reduce the amount of alface. It is better to give an option to be without sauce since not all people like the sauce for the salad.

The sauce of some wook dishes are almost the same. I expect some different taste on the dishes.

Pros The staff is friendly and nice. We visited on lunch time around 13:00 on weekdays, and the service is super fast. Order must be made by tablet. Payment in cash or multibanco. The restaurant has a great decoration. I love...

I’m a regular at Yummy, and for good reason — the food is consistently excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where they remember your favorite table. I once asked to be seated near the window during a reservation, and now they always try to accommodate that request whenever I come in. It’s such a thoughtful touch that makes me feel truly valued as a customer.

Whether you’re in the mood for fresh sashimi, perfectly made rolls, or the mixes, you really can’t go wrong. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service is warm, and the name says it all — Yummy really is delicious....

De 15 em 15 dias costumava ir a este restaurante com o meu marido e filho de 8 anos. Não achamos o sushi nada de especial, as peças são pequenas e sem grande sabor, mas o meu filho é "viciado" na massa de arroz e só come mesmo isso. Lá lhe faziamos o gosto e iamos. Sempre pagamos 2 adultos e uma criança até ao dia de hoje que nos cobraram como 3 adultos. Expliquei que sempre pagamos 2 adultos e 1 criança mas alegaram que o meu filho cresceu (tem 8 anos desde abril) 😀😀. Paguei, não levantei celeumas, mas achei que foram desonestos e claramente a tentar roubar o cliente. Para além disso esqueceram-se do nosso pedido que é feito pelo tablet e esperamos 1h por 30 peças de sushi. Péssimo serviço, não recomendo. Na Maia tem bom sushi muito melhor e até mais em conta. Não estraguem o vosso momento ao vir aqui. A arrogância do staff está também nas respostas descabidas que dá. Não tem um bom produto e quando tem casa vazia rouba claramente o cliente. Ora a criança tem menos de 130cm, ora na semana seguinte dizem que cresceu e ja mede 140cm.. Por favor!!! Tenham mais cuidado pq as modas passam e o vosso restaurante nao vai sobreviver só por terem uma sala bonita. Ha que apresentar qualidade e isso estão longe de conseguir. Gostava de dizer o contrário até pq moro perto e fica a caminho, mas a verdade é que quando saio de casa gosto de comer bem e prefiro fazer mais 5kms e ir realmente comer BEM e curiosamente...
