Rabino's — Restaurant in Montemor-o-Novo

Highly recommend. Sensational typical food and house wine at great prices, with a friendly and charming atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the goats cheese with olives; entrees of quail eggs with chorizo, grilled rabbit with garlic; and our main of grilled black pig with asparagus. Dessert was top-notch as well. Difficult to reach, but worth the drive (through beautiful countryside), it’s the best I’ve tasted...

The food was great! Real traditional Portuguese food, the environment is cozy and the service excellent. We had different starters, then very tasty grilled meat and to finish delicious deserts. Is not a fancy restaurant, rather real traditional tasty food! The house wine is from the region and also great. Even for Portuguese standards the price was cheap! I'll definitively...

Ficamos alojados na zona e por indicação da proprietária utilizamos a opção de take away deste restaurante em Escoural. A qualidade da carne e o tempero, as migas de espargos e as batatas são excelentes! Então e porque não cinco estrelas?! Porque na primeira vez comprámos cinco doses a 13 euros cada que foram encomendados por telefone. Fomos buscar. Quando abrimos as caixas ficamos estupefatos.. A quantidade da carne era mínima.... Foi o que se vê nas fotos. Achamos que poderia ter sido um erro e no dia seguinte voltámos depois de encomendar por telefone referindo um reforço na quantidade. Fomos e trouxemos de novo. O choco estava óptimo e a carne também mas era muito pouco novamente. Ligámos reclamamos. Fomos buscar mais uma dose de borla. Ficámos sem saber se era tática que usavam Para quem está de passagem ou se houve...
