This place needs to figure out their service levels. We dined here for a family lunch. We waited a long time and when eventually served, portions were small but the food was nice. We tried to get a few follow up items, ketchup, another water, but staff seemed more interested in clearing tables and faffing around. We ended up asking some diners at another table for their unused sachets. On another occasion we wanted to get a morning coffee here and it took 20 minutes. The lady working was intent on cleaning the counter and not serving me and two others who wanted drinks. The vegan / vegetarian food options are an effrontery! While the chicken salad is a big bowl with lettuce and veggies, the vegan option comes in a small bowl completely dry without any kind of fat or oil unable to be processed by human bodies and boring to eat and completely overpriced. Don’t expect to be stuffed by that. Vegan Burgers where not good as well. The patty are soft and fall apart. Fries are thin. Ketchup and mayonnaise come in small packages producing unnecessary waste.
