Doçuras & Travessuras — Restaurant in São João da Madeira

We found Doçuras e Travessuras a bit boring for a birthday party, but in the end, the kids were happy, and that’s what matters most. However, we didn’t like having to wait 2–3 months to get the pictures taken there, and the invitations had a mistake in the child's name, which was disappointing. Also, the toilet door didn’t close properly, which was inconvenient.

The food and coffee were excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the service, everything took a long time, and the place wasn't full. The girl who served us was very nice, but she didn't take note of anything we ordered and forgot things. She brought things separately, leaving the coffee last when we wanted to drink coffee while we were eating the sweet...

Péssimo serviço. Como clientes habituais pela primeira vez em que costumávamos estar nesse estabelecimento pedimos uma emenda diária (prato do dia) e uma das funcionárias que prestou serviço a nós disse que acabou o menu diário e disse que só tinha rissóis e batatas fritas. Depois refletimos mudando a ideia de outro menu disponível . Quando fomos servidos com o rissol de camarão vinha frio e cru por dentro do rissol, a sopa estava um pouco azeda e fria e nem sequer tive a ousadia de perguntar o que queriamos para beber nem sequer serviram o café. Pagamos 7 € pelo pessimo serviço que tivemos.Estamos muito desiludidos e acabamos por ficar mal dispostos. E não vamos por os pés este...
