Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Santa Cruz

The lady at the counter somehow managed to confuse my order twice. She first gave me 8 slices instead of my ordered 9 and after I pointed out that error, ( after counting the slices 5 times ) she tried to justify it by saying that they were out of the pizza type I ordered. Guess she just hoped I wouldn't notice. Then with her amazing math skills she gave me two drinks instead of 3. Food well, pizza hut level o got severely sick soon after. It's way better to be hungry for a few hours flight that...

This is a perfect example how you should not run a food business (especially in the airport). The ordering machines don't work (even worse, you waste 10 min on tour order but it's impossible to pay). The service is extremely slow and the cue is large. The choice of pizzas is a joke and you don't have them even in the menu (so you can get only what is now available). The staff is nice but that is not enough to give a good mark. Food - like normal PH pizza-like stuff....

OK, people generally only review a fast food outlet when they have a problem. So I'm balancing things up a bit. It's an airport and so it's a rush and I can understand they don't always get it right. But for me, I grab a pizza slice here everytime - and it does exactly what it says on the tin. Fast food in a fast environment. No...
