The shop is only a Starbucks franchise which might explain why it fails to adhere to worldwide Starbucks' promotions implemented in all continents, and countries from Africa to America. They are very mean to cut down in the choices they give to the Starbucks' customers and also don't know how to account for the points we accumulated on items we purchase elsewhere. It's a shabby place and they seem to be very proud to have their own island philosophy. Customers here should be prepared to pay for a simple courtesy, such as a smile....

Terrible mistake on both counts - the coffee (latte) was drinkable, but tasted mainly of milk. The food (a bacon and cheese toasty) however was truely disgusting - totally inedible. The bread was only toasted on one side and the filling was cold and soggy- it went straight in the bin. I think the staff here need training or their equipment needs replaced (or both). Reflects badly...
