Snack Bar Adega Jardim — Restaurant in Santana

Me and my two friends went here for dinner one night and it was so good we came back several times during our stay! It's a rustic, small restaurant with a bar. The place was well attended, mostly by locals, which is usually a good sign. There is plenty of parking spots right next to the restaurant and you can sit outside or inside. The food was very tasty and the portions were huge. The prices are very fair. Where the restaurant really shines is in the service, Lucio and his wife Isabel are very nice, hospitable and simply warm-hearted people! All in all, I would recommend a meal at this restaurant to anyone passing by São Jorge! We will keep it in best memory and hope to see you again! Thank you...

Had a wonderful meal of Steak and Fried egg with chips and salad and the dish of the day. 2 large beers, 2 small beers all for less than €30.

Lovely friendly homely bar in Sao Jorge. Sit amongst locals and enjoy the hospitality. A good mixture of local and international drinks behind the bar.

Very friendly owners. Gentleman speaks good English and the chef a talented lady serves her food with with pride.

Came out of my way to visit here as I wanted a local, homey experience. And I guess I got what I asked for.

Got the bife a casa which I found to be overcooked. closer to well done than medium well. The salad was basic just iceberg, tomatoes, and carrot with the usual olive oil + white vinegar. French fries were good.
