Uncertainty, misorganisatiom, confusion and inefficiency. In the extreme heat, the waitress tells us we will be the next to have a table and that we ought to wait a bit to have a table. few moments later, it seems she promised another group before us. We end up being two groups ,,arguing" for nothing about free table . Then, it took half like 20 minutes to take note of our request of food and another 15 minutes to just bring a bottle of water. I spare you the other details of the waiting times all along the launch for everything even for paying the bill. After driving around in Santarem we found this restaurant totally by accident and found….it was a great discovery. We both had a pork shank, potatoes, and a stuffing made from cornbread, olives, garlic and seasoning. Everything was delicious, especially the pork, it fell off the bone!
