Burger King Cruz de Pau — Restaurant in Seixal

We always buy BK here at home, it almost always comes from the CRUZ DE PAU, I confess that it doesn't always run 100%, but these are details that are not worth wasting time, 70% correct. But today I believe they were not having a good day, the bread was dry, always I order something without a salad, they take the sauce off the hamburger, for some reason they always keep the sauce, keep the cucumber the chicken bread was completely dark and oily, the potatoes were soft and cold, the “new and better” chicken wings looked like they were made in oil they were so black they were, the sauces came wrong .. We have been in the drive through with my fiancé. We ordered 2 menus and one of them was with ice cream. We got to the 2nd window within 15 min of arrival. At that time the ice cream was already done and melted. They have told us to wait for the rest of the food. I have asked them respectfully to make my ice cream again when the rest is done. so it doesn’t get melted. The employee told me that it’s not necessary because it won’t take long. But I insisted because I simply like my ice cream cold ! it took another good 15 minutes for the rest of the food to be done. And guess what ?
