Later edit, following the business' answer to my original review: I posted this review because I visited their store with the intention of purchasing their products, enticed by their high rating on Google Maps. I have not tried any of their products, although they looked delicious. The staff seemed nice, but they did not speak English or French. As I waited for somebody from the back who apparently spoke English, I saw the notice that they do not accept cards, hence I left. My 1-star review is simply because I believe any business, in a tourist destination, in 21st century, needs to accept electronic means of payment. There was no info on Google Maps or Tripadvisor mentioning that they do not accept cards. I understand that it's the business owners' right to refuse electronic payment, and I believe it's my right as a (potential) customer to give the business 1-star because of that. Excellent café with delicious cakes and well-prepared coffee and hot chocolate. And there's friendly staff, who spoke English better...
