Burger King — Restaurant in Silves

Well located, fast food chain with outdoor sitting.

The burger didn't exactly looked as good as what was in the pics but flavourwise was alright.

In spite of its high ceiling and many windows, the space, furniture, color scheme was somehow not very comfortable. Air-con was quite low, which was nice at first since I went on a hot day, but felt a tad cold afterwards. The trash disposal corner didn't work well, as there was no place one could lay the tray while sorting out different things into its respective bin, making it difficult to do while standing. There could exist more drinking options...

Third time there!!! Very cold food, took wrong orders three times! They don’t speak English nor Portuguese! They can’t read the orders, the food was all freezing. Just French fries were ok. This is the worst Burger King in the whole world! Maybe they should hire people that can read orders at least. The reply from management is they will improve their services... but they dnt improve at all. this is bad for burger king brand! there's really no ohter...

Boa noite.... Foi dos piores BugerKing que já estive. Vou simplesmente contar os pontos super negativos em todos os aspectos, o pior foi o atendimento. 1) Quando cheguei a noite para comer qualquer com os meus dois pequenos filhos, na esplanada, estava todas mesas sujas, o chão estava nojento e escoradio, cheio de gelado. Decidi entrar no interior do espaço, estava o ar condicionado no frio máximo, estava super gelado, estava impossível estar lá dentro..Decidi falar com um funcionário da.loja,.o que me disseram simplesmente que não sabiam falar português. Pedi para falar com o responsável da loja, e pedi por favor se podia baixar a intensidade do AC. Ele não gostou a minha observação. Tive que ir ao WC, estava nojenta, um cheiro horrível, até sangue no chão tinha. A Higiene dos WC tem que ser feito regularmente. O atendimento é péssimo. A comida demora séculos e quando chegou estava super fria. Notei que na cozinha todos os funcionários não são portugueses a trabalhar.... Era indianos e.brasileiros, notei que não estava muito a vontade na cozinha, parecia iniciantes. Eu sou do Porto, sou cliente do Burguer King já muitos anos, sempre fui muito bem atendido. Este tipo de casa como funciona não deveria estar aberta ao público, cria uma imagem péssima para esta rede de burguer King ....
