Recently visited this restaurant after many years, 20 in total over the years less & less portion sizes have altered although the basic but traditional dish really enjoyed to be honest while visiting family as when I first visited the establishment the Piri Piri chicken was a joke on the last visit more bone than chicken even ordered a extra portion that being in total 2 chicken or should I say sparrow , just like to voice my opinion & was really disappointed, come on You need to stop this practice I surely won’t be visiting again so sad but true as the upgraded premises are truly now more pleasing to the eye , yet the chicken Piri...

Busy on a Thursday evening. Ordered Chicken piri piri, had to wait 50 minutes for the chicken to come. Waited another 10 minutes for the dessert menu and a long time for them to take the order. Ultimately decided not to have the dessert after a long wait, and ask for the bill and be allowed to pay. So a quick meal ended up taking more than an hour and a half.

Accept that we didn’t order much food and drinks but the service level was far from perfect, to put it nicely. We won’t be returning to this...

A very good Poetugeae restaurant. Light airy interior, friendly and helpful staff and excellent food. Party of nine visited twice in the past two weeks and were very impressed. Wide range of dishes ordered from a good menu. Everything was fresh and delicious. The steaks here are excellent, especially the chateaubriand, which is as good as I have ever tasted.
