Burger King Queluz — Restaurant in Sintra

Fries were delivered to me cold on the drive-in service. I’ve asked for ice cream, she said that the Kit Kat ice cream is out of stock, I said then it can be of maxibom, she didn’t told anything then on the payment she tells if I wanted a milkshake instead, I told her that wanted ice scream, she says all ice scream is out, let’s put the milkshake - I told her, I don’t like milkshake ao I want nothing. Payment terminal is damaged, I use iPhone to pay, so it was a mess for the iPhone to read my face in order to be able to pay. In the end the girl asks if I was ok, that’s was sweet of her, but she didn’t understood that the problem is of communication and service. I had a disappointing experience at the drive-through of Burger King in Portugal. When I placed my order and requested to communicate in English, both a lady and a man working on (drive through)there said they didn’t understand or speak English. The lady even (responded rudely, saying, “You are in Portugal, speak Portuguese.”)

I would like to ask the owner: Is Burger King meant only for Portuguese-speaking customers? If so, kindly put up a sign stating that non-Portuguese speakers are not ❌welcome. I waited for a response for 5 minutes, but they ignored me completely.

I would not recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t speak Portuguese or expects respect and decent service. This is unacceptable behavior...

Caí no erro de enconendar nesta loja que profissionalismo tem zero. Por volta das 20h fiz uma encomenda, por volta das 21h como ainda não tinha chegado liguei para a lj e atende uma menina que me disse que o estafeta ía a caminho, 20 minutos dp, nada do pedido, voltei a ligar e o que me foi dito foi que tinha havido um equívoco e que o colega teve de voltar atrás mas que já ía a caminho, 5minutos depois chega o pedido, e é me pedido que verifique a fatura, estava correta efetivamente. O pior vem a seguir, abro os sacos e verifico que faltam 2 hambúrgueres ligo novamente a explicar o sucedido, a menina que me atendeu disse que iriam enviar o que faltava, entretanto os meus filhos começam a comer, os hambúrgueres frios e as batatas geladas, e recebo uma chamada da menina a pedir que envie uma foto para o mail, com o que tinham enviado, como se uma foto fosse mais verdadeira do que a minha palavra. Foto essa que foi enviada, liga a menina a perguntar quais os hambúrgueres que faltavam, depois de algumas trocas de palavras lá a menina percebe o que faltava, não percebi para que enviei as fotos mas enfim. Às 22:00 chegam os hambúrgueres frios... Um jantar em família que tinha tudo para correr bem acabou por ser um fracasso e tudo por causa da falta de profissionalismo dos ditos profissionais, sem qualificações para tal. SERVIÇO PÉSSIMO, EMPREGADOS SEM APETÊNCIA PARA LIDAR COM O PÚBLICO. NÃO RECOMENDO, MESMO O BURGUER KING A NINGUÉM. E PARA QUE FIQUE CLARO ATRIBUÍ UMA ESTRELA PORQUE NÃO TEM OPÇÃO DE NÃO...
