I had the pleasure of dining at Chamas & Labaredas – Onda dos Grelhados and was thoroughly impressed by their dedication to authentic Portuguese cuisine. The bitoque was perfectly prepared, capturing the rich, traditional flavors that define this beloved dish. We decided to head over to this restaurant for lunch and was blown away by their food. We ordered a bunch of everything and I felt that their Grilled Chicken and Grilled Ribs were simply outstanding, including the chips that came along with it. Simple but soulfood. Não existe forma simpática de expor a experiência ou má experiência que tive neste tentativa de restaurante . Entramos e pedimos uma costoleta de novilho ,qual não é o nosso espanto e ar incrédulo quando vemos o suposto chefe que é o patrão retirar de um icerbeg com portas chamado frigorífico os ditos nacos de carne ,atira los para o chão e de seguida colocar no micro ondas. Quando confrontado com esta atitude confirmou que era a carne que ía servir do nosso pedido ..perante a falta de higiene ,educação e o.que quisermos chamar fomos embora . Nem na época mediaval os alimentos eram tratados assim . Cobra se valores surreais para a falta de qualidade . Deixo o apontamento que a ementa é escrita com caligrafia ilegível talvez para esconder erros...
