We were two Santiago Pilgrims looking for a place to lunch and decided to try baluarte. At first we thought it was strange that we were placed in a different room than the one being used at the moment but we went with it. As the restaurant got more and more people, we started noticing they were placing people far from us as possible, and the room even got full without filling the closest table to us. So basically they were descriminating us (we know we were Pilgrims but we were not dirty since we had a fairly short and easy course that day), which is not cool, ever. The food was not great, and they served a soup that was already sour, a codfish fish that was not special was not great and the price was not great either.
