Mucaba Brunch Bar — Restaurant in Vila Nova de Gaia

We had a brunch with a nice sea view. Ordered 2 combo brunches. The fud was good but we had to wait for it for more than an hour (and remind the crew about our order), however it was around 1pm and only half of the tables were occupied. İn lavatory the water tab did not work properly (automatic sensor was not sensitive at all) and the toilet paper box was broken and din not let any paper out. When the time to pay came, I checked the bill and saw that the drinks were counted separately, however they were included into brunch. İ drew the attantion of the waitress to it and she recalculated half of the drinks in. When İ asked her again, why the second half (cappuchino and juices) was not included, she informed that those tipes of drinks are not included into brunch and that it is written by small letters at the bottom of brunch page. İ said that it would have been nice of her to draw the attention of the visitors to that fact. Then i asked to bring me some water, as it turned out that İ still had some drinks included into my menu that İ could yet order. İ waited for another 20 minutes and went away without being served...

We had lunch at this lovely place, located right in front of the sea, with a stunning view of Salgueiros Beach. You can sit in the front garden and enjoy the scenery, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

We ordered a salmon toast, a beef burger, and a platter of fried tapas (salgados). Everything was delicious. The toast, with smoked salmon and basil, had a great combination of flavors. Both the toast and the burger came with rustic fries, which were perfectly cooked.

For drinks, we had a pineapple, passion fruit, and mint juice, which was refreshing and tasty. However, considering the price, the serving size could have been a bit more generous—just a small detail to improve.

The service was fast and friendly. The only downside was that the cashier seemed a bit stressed and slightly rude when we went to pay, likely due to the busy Sunday lunchtime rush, as the place was packed.

Overall, a great experience. We would definitely return to try more dishes from the menu. Highly...

So i went there with my family to eat dinner and we sat outside to see the sunset. We came waited like 3 mins for a waiter and then i ordered a hot dog . It came they forgot the sauces but thats okay i asked for some and they gave me a LOT. Anyways the hot dog was heavenly 😋😋. I also ordered a chicken burger one time also very delicious 🤤 . About the atmosphere there was some smell of smoking but also what should i expect people smoke outside! Nice music....
