Estive hoje em Vila Nova de Poiares em busca de uma chanfana. Levava como referência este restaurante. Muito honestramente... não dei com ele. Neste lugar estava o edifício do mercado, completamente remodelado e aparentemente ainda por inaugurar. Estive nesta praça e não vi nada. Será...

Fomos lá para comer chanfana já "celebre" e apesar da simpatia da funcionária, a quantidade era mais que suficiente ( 4 pessoas) só que o tempero deveria ser mais persistente e avinhado....tal não aconteceu!Talvez calhassse mal no dia que lá fomos.De...

Tudo ótimo, começando pela trouxa de Cabreira, passando pelo bucho e acabando na Chanfana. ATENÇÃO QUE SO FUNCIONA POR RESERVA, pois normalmente não está aberto, pois é gerido pela Confraria...
