Good service inside but drive-thru is terrible! I asked for a burger with ketchup ONLY on both sides of the bread. They forgot to give the burger with my order and manager asked for proof of payment. I opened the burger to make sure there was ketchup on both sides but was not. She then started asking me for more money and told me I had to put the ketchup myself. I didn’t got any credit for the lettuce and tomato I didn’t want, so why pay extra to get ketchup amount divided by 2 sides? Also if I needed to pay extra they should have charged me at the window when I payed and asked for the ketchup to be on both sides of the bread. Long wait on drive-thru with only 1 car ahead. This mc Donald’s needs new management and better training as their service is terrible! Next time I’ll write on...

¿Mejor este McDonald que el de España? Te explico… Este local lleva abierto relativamente muy poco tiempo, y todas las veces que he ido la comida ha estado muy buena. Hay que tener en cuenta que es comida rápida y que no le podemos pedir peras al olmo, pero reitero que es de los mejores McDonalds en los que he estado. Además, siempre llega bien el pedido y casi siempre llega recién hecho (dependiendo de lo que pidas y de en qué hora lo pidas). Lo que si se nota diferente es el sabor. La carne de aquí, al ser de Portugal, es diferente si tienes un paladar fino. Pero está muy buena. Para mí, más sabrosa que la de España. Lo mismo que con los rebozados, que me parecen más jugosos. Otra cosa son las salsas, que las tienes que pagar a parte (unos 0,80 cent.) y me parece un poco abusivo. Pero es así en todo Portugal, no sólo en este en concreto. Y tampoco tienen ofertas. Antes ibas con la aplicación y me aparecían ofertas, pero hace tiempo que no y a veces es un poco caro. En España podría salirte 3€ más barato, pero porque allí tienen ofertas. Si no, el precio sería el mismo. Por otro lado, el servicio es bueno. La comida la hacen rápido, tanto si pides para comer allí como para llevarte en el coche. Y en cuanto a limpieza, es el primer local donde veo que los empleados se lavan las manos cada vez que manejan dinero y después van a manipular comida o bebidas. Me parece excelente. Las mesas también suelen estar limpias siempre y cuando ese día no haya mucha gente, como pasa en todos los locales de este tipo. Pero en general son limpios y rápidos. Lo recomiendo mucho, sobre todo si estás por la zona y te apetece comer algo rápido pero...

Absolutely terrible experience! I placed a takeaway order and when I got home, I discovered that almost half of it — both in number of items and in value — was missing from the bag.

This level of negligence is shocking and unacceptable. How can such a big brand deliver such careless service? I paid for products I never received, and all I was left with was frustration, disappointment, and wasted money.

Never again. If you value your time, money, and nerves, avoid this place...
