It's a road cafe, great for breakfast. The toasts (torradas) are delicious. The coffee is excellent too, the orange juice is freshly squeezed. The staff is kind, helpful and they also speak Spanish and I believe English too. The prices are very reasonable for breakfast, I don't know anything about lunch, dinner or spirits. They specialize on "docinhos" like "bolinhas". I would have a toast and a coffee here every day...

We just wanted a quick coffee break on our way to Faro. Unfortunately, both the service and the coffee were quite disappointing. We were a group of four, and not only did we wait for half an hour for our watered-down coffee, but they even forgot one of our orders. Hoje cerca das 09h com a casa quase vazia éramos 4 pessoas. Pedi 3 galões, 1 café, 2 croissants e 1 mil-folhas. Haviam 2 raparigas na frente do balcão. Os galões chegaram passado 10min e mais nada. Passados mais 10min chegaram os croissants e voltei a referir que faltava 1 mil-folhas para acompanhar o meu galão que tinha vindo há 20min e 1 café. Passados mais 5min a rapariga aparece na mesa com outro bolo e pergunta se aquele é um mil-folhas! (No país todo tem o mesmo nome e só ali será diferente?!?) Respondi que aquilo não era um mil-folhas e ela voltou com o bolo para trás. Esperei mais 5 min e levantei-me para ir pagar. Só qd a rapariga me viu para pagar foi tirar o café e o mil-folhas ao qual eu respondi que já não era preciso levar mais nada porque só queria pagar o que tinha consumido ao qual ela me responde "Ora então foi um café..." -NÃO! são só 3 galões e 2 croissants...
