I went here during a busy lunchtime service, I was shown to a table,and given the menu straight away, after perusing, thought I would give the menu of the day a go. Bread basket and garlic olives were immediately placed on the table, then asked what I would care to drink....a carafe of about 300ml red wine was duly delivered. My main was two good sized pieces of fish with a large portion of tomato and pepper rice. I chose the cheesecake for desert. An almighty slab came out. The waitress was lovely, The food was tasty, The price... only €12.50 ! Would I return ? Yes, yes, yes. Highly recommended 👌

Relación calidad precio caro Ojo aviso a los turistas , no dejarse engañar En la carta pone que plato del Dia Solo incluye un plato pescado o carne el pan y las aceitunas precio 9.65€ persona Caro, para ser portugal y por encima el salmón que pedimos estaba muyyy salado Yo lo comí porque ( tenía hambre ) mi acompañante no pudo con el a pesar de tener hambre dejo la mitad Una Macedonia , una cerveza , un refresco y un café , total 28.20€ Nos cobraron aparte el pan y las aceitunas ( y en la carta ponía que era incluido ) El local bien , y el servicio normal , atendiendo primero a los clientes habituales Me sentí como un "Guiri" estafado La experiencia en este caso no fue buena

For a couple of Aussies who don’t speak Portuguese, this was great. Staff excellent and helpful, food wonderful and fresh, sangria was also great. Would highly recommend.

This weekend I cycled through Alentejo to Beira Baixa where I stopped in at Vila Velha de Rodão, overlooking the Tagus. I happened into a wonderfully quaint pastry shop. They waitress served up a steaming coffee and Belén pastry (ehh custard). Delicioso! I proceded on to tour the town until lunch time when I managed to find my way back to the same café which was connected to A Ponte. What a fantastic meal and wonderfully friendly Portuguese ambience. Good food BUT very very poor service. .we stood for nearly an hour before someone attended to us.

The staff discount not care👀💔 I have never seen any restaurant with bad service like
