Al Aqsa Restaurant — Restaurant in Doha

I have been ordering food from this restaurant for the past 3 years.. I know the staff personally and so far the service was good. We are staying just 500 meter away from this restaurant. Unfortunately for the last 6 months , the service is pathetic and the treatment is unbearable. After placing na order we have to wait minimum of one hour for the delivery. Sometimes it's more than 90 minutes to deliver the food , just 500 meter away from the restaurant. The most irritating thing is when we call for an update regarding our order after one hour , the staff is asking what is the order and what time you placed it ... The staff behavior and attitude towards the customer is unacceptable and pathetic. Last month I had an issue with the staff regarding the delivery and I spoke to one Mr Hassan and he apilogised and confirmed that it will not happen again . Just because of Hassan , I started ordering again from your restaurant. But this is too much for us. We can't tolerate it anymore. There are 100 restaurant in matar qadeem and it's not hard for us to order from anywhere... Just because we trust the relationship, we continued the business. It's high time to stop this crap .. if there is a propritor or a responsible person behind the scene , please look in to this seriously. Your staff will take you to disaster and you will be the loser. Thank you for...

Talking about this restaurant Only puri bhaji is good tea is also ok ok not upto the mark. they dont have menu card its difficult to order . How we known what u have in breafast lunch and dinner. i will suggest management to make a small menu card so we can order. and dont look into quantity customer...
