Excellent service, professional staff, and exceptionally classy treatment.
From the moment we entered the restaurant until we left, Abdel and Victor welcomed us warmly and interacted with the children in a fun and wonderful way.
Abdel, as the restaurant manager, and Victor, one of the waiters, showed an outstanding level of attention to service quality. The attention to detail was so high that while I was walking around the buffet, I noticed a quinoa salad that contained onions — which is how it’s usually made.
What happened next: one of the waiters saw me and, with complete kindness, said, “Please, take your seat, I’ll prepare a salad for you just the way you like it!” That goes above and beyond what’s expected.
Thank you, Azraq Restaurant. Thank you, Abdel. Thank you, Victor. And thanks to all the staff at this classy restaurant.
P.S: the iced Spanish latte is one the best I’ve had 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
This is what a five-star hotel should be.
With my bad experience at Banana Island, 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻this restaurant truly made my day....
Read moreI had a truly delightful brunch at Azraq, and it exceeded all my expectations. Both the food and the service were exceptional. The buffet offered an extensive variety of dishes, catering to every palate with an impressive spread. One of the highlights for me was the Hammour fish with lemon sauce. The seafood selection was equally impressive and the sushi was another standout—beautifully prepared and delicious. But the dessert section—what a showstopper with decadent cakes to fine chocolates.
A special thank you to the amazing staff at Azraq. They were not only attentive and efficient but also incredibly warm and welcoming, which truly enhanced the entire experience.
After brunch, we spent a relaxing afternoon on the beach at Banana Island Resort, which was the perfect way to round off a fantastic day.
I highly recommend Azraq for anyone looking for a memorable brunch experience—delicious food, top-notch service, and a...
Read moreTerrible and very bad service from staff here. Special mention to the rude guy in the eggs counter named Ali, who refused my order several times. He also rudely told me I cant reheat the croissant in the toaster and when I requested for eggs, He told us to order from our table. Staff are busy and unavailable. Arabic manager kept on greeting other guests and walking past us which is totally rude. We were told to get coffee by ourselves and when we went to the coffee counter, no staff was there. I was standing there for some time and staff who were just chatting with each other don't care at all and insensitive to the needs of the guests. I literally needed to call the staff and ask if nobody is there to serve the coffee. I hope banana island would offer complimentary breakfast somewhere else other...
