McDonald’s — Restaurant in Bucharest

Went on a weekend to buy some fries because I was on the run and it was close. Found it was overcrowded, but didn't complain, I'm a pacient person. Sat at a queue, the waiter to my right finished earlier and said "Good afternoon". In the same time, a girl came in front near me and started placing the order. The waiterj was a big confused, but as I am quite polite in public, I pulled back. 1 minute later, what's the rush? Then, the waiter at the queue I was first waiting was available, but a big lady literally pushed me to the side and told me to step back as I was waiting at the other queue! And by pushing I mean PUSHING, almost fighting! I asked her, when did she see me at the other queue, as she was behind me at the same queue the whole time? The waiter didn't say or do anything, although the stubborn lady was close to a fight. I got angry and walked out of the restaurant, thought of filing a complaint, but knew nothing would have really been done. TRAIN YOUR PERSONEL! I'm done with McDonald's, don't want to risk a fight because employees can't handle customers....

Here you never know when your food is ready or even in the queue for preparation, that screen for them is another thing that they have to press, ignoring everything. If you ask them why they removed the orders from the screen their answer is "I don't know" literally asking the person who removed them less than two seconds ago. Orders made in the restaurant especially in the morning take more than 10 minutes to prepare. If you use drive through be prepared to be sent in the parking area for at least 5 to 10 minute From time to time they will get your order wrong by putting at least one product wrong, but similar to the one you ordered.

While at drive-thru, i was told to wait in the parking lot for the food to be delivered, after 20 i went back to the counter and apparently the6 gave my food to someone else. After another 10 min or so my order came. Fries were semi-cold, no salt what so ever. Went back again to ask for some salt, i’ve been told by the staff that the fries were salted already. I offered them to taste, but they refused and offered me a couple of packs of salt. No apologise during any of the interaction, that would be an admission of guilt, but you’ve done nothing wrong, right ? The staff knows better than...
