McDonald's — Restaurant in Bucharest

Very crowded as a dinning set-up point of view...the ordering displays are to near to tables...it creates bottle neck and the dining experience is poor...

For such a small place...to have McCafe + ordering displays= 😞

Having the playground removed in order to recover the seats lost... neah 👎🏻

On top of that...the delivery guys with those big bags are the last thing you want to encounter.

I had one Mc Chicken menu...with the special chips...not so fresh... the sandwich was OK...I had another but no chips this time.

One happy meal wit ham and cheese...same...not so fresh...very hard to eat... my kid didn't bother to eat it...

And the 3 McFlurry caramel...ok

The last and the funny part was that they are yelling the ordering numbers just seconds before they show up as ready...🤔...wonder why?

The attitude of the employees towards their clients needs improvement . Ordered , received the wrong product.Changed. Requested a memeber of staff to clean a table so we can enjoy our food. The employee turned towards another colleague and using a superior and ironic tone repeted the request.The madam wants us to clean a table!
