Restaurant You&Me — Restaurant in Bucharest

I just received some food that was not properly cooked (almost raw). Giving 2 stars because the waitress was nice enough to take it away and request another dish to be cooked. It seems the kitchen is overrun. First and last time i'm coming here.

EDIT: regarding the owner's answer: you are indeed correct. Being served badly cooked food should've meant a 1 star review and calling the Consumer Protection Agency, instead of being understanding towards the situation (and the waitress, who was the only one being apologetic).

I never said you weren't sorry, nor that another dish was not prepared to replace that one. Still, the mistake happened, and it's something that should've never been the case in a RESTAURANT. By way of your thinking, I should've left a 2 star review only if I had gotten food poisoning and ended up in the hospital.

Word of advice for this "romanian" management mentality: accept your mistakes and their consequences. It's your fault alone the kitchen can't handle all the orders (because it's probably understaffed), when there are quite a few clients inside. There are several other older reviews regarding badly cooked food - so it's not the first time this is happening.

Pe scurt, nu mancati aici. Mergeti la pizzeria "La Ioana" ca sunt oameni ft de treaba si localul e primitor. E peste drum, la 3 minute de mers.

Scorul reflecta ospitalitatea si felul in care am fost tratat. Am fost sa lucrez de aici cu laptopul.

Desi voiam sa fac comand si pranzul, mi-au inchis priza, spunand ca nu accepta pe cineva sa stea atat timp, desi mese sunt libere berechet.

Noroc ca am observat ca a intrat pe battery mode ca nici nu mi s-a comunicat. Au facut asta cat timp eram plecat la toaleta.

Lesne de inteles ca nu am mai comandat pranzul.

Mai erau 3 oameni in restaurant si atat. Fac ceva pe electricitatea lor, daca sunt atat de zgarciti. Cat costa sa tii un laptop in priza cateva ore?!!! Doamne fereste! Asa ceva n-am vazut!

Daca n-ar mai fi avut lumea loc, as mai fi zis...

Recomand din toata inima sa evitati acest restaurant.

It is a nice place where you can take your kids for a pizza. The menu is pretty comprehensive, some breakfast choises, pizzas, salads, nice wine list and so on.

We took desert and some freshly sqeezed orange juice. Pancakes (not american type) and papanasi (special donuts with sourcream and fruit jam) cery good.
