Sakura Asian Fusion — Restaurant in Bucharest

In my opnion is nice to have a place to go to get something that you are not use to it but get help from the personel to chose what is best for you . I stay on the terrace even if the weather was not so friendly like 12 degrees :) as i was smoking i realy whant to have dinner outside with my invite and the man that served us was delightfull and friendly understand that we are for the first time and guide us to decide what can we have . I don't know how is in the summer but the service was great and we bouth feel confortable , the preparate where well cooked and specialy i liked the arrangement for ''soup'' my apologise for calling that but we had a special ceramic spoon , of course with normal tableware set allready if you where not use to that ceramic spoon :) . Try the soup with that spoon made of ceramic , you will find yourself in a different experience . I reccomend the place as i chose dishes randomly so just to try something new and i was surprized by the sef from kitchen who dazzeld me and i am a critic by nature but i had this experience and anyone who would like to try this place will see if i am wright or wrong . That was my experience on this place and i thank all from this place for this unexpected experience . Unfortunately I don't have photos as i was concentrated on the experience...

A Japanese restaurant made in China.

Even though this looks, is named as and gives the vibe of a Japanese restaurant - it absolutely is not. It’s a full blown cheap Chinese joint, trying to cosplay Japanese elegance.

It’s full of nice ish paintings and out of place simbolism that being there you’re trying to puzzle out what exactly is wrong with it. Turns out everything is. It’s a mishmash of cultures and styles that misses the point of them all. It was awkward.

There was this couple that seemed at their first date. They did not speak with each other. The tension was something you could touch.

Back to the dinner experience. The table was greasy. It had this food heating device on it that I touched and got resin all over my fingers. How and why exactly, it beats me. Probably because they don’t wash them.

The food seemed cooked with those ramen chemicals you get at cheap Asian shops. I got a soup and rice noodles. The soup was some water with chemicals. Noodles were ok.

The area that it’s in feels dangerous. When we exited the place, there were a couple guys about to start a fight. Also getting there is dangerous with how the roads are designed.

To conclude,...

New place around Colentina area. Very friendly personal, big space for kids to stay around the parents, good food, nice atmosphere. I got a hot plate of beef with veggies with some white rice on the side and a glass of wine. The food was fresh and tasty. The veggies were crunchy and the beef was very tender. I'll come again to taste the rest of menu. Highly...
