Lina Hotel — Hotel in Bucharest

My husband my daughter and i decided to stay here for 10 days it was not like a|| 5 star hotel but it satisfied all my needs, if you are and optimist and say that the glass is half full come to Lina, when you are happy with your|| companion nothing can upset you,we became like a family with the staff, ||the breakfast was not "disgusting" as one of the clients said, the word ||disgusting is a very heavy word not only disrespectful for the effort they|| were making but also not true, the food was very fresh,fresh breads were|| brought every morning the omelette was coming hot and there ||were pancakes and variety's of cheese, tomato's, cucumber, olive, honey, jam ,butter, toast machine and many ||other things if you think this is disgusting than nothing ||can full fit you're appetite.|| it was much more better than most of 3 star hotels give in ||Bucharest and it was different everyday, carpets were clean the bathroom was ||clean and with enough space for three people, if you did not enter one at a time there was enough space for one person, i|| would recommend it with pleasure unlike the other clients. I think the bad comments are made up to sabotage the hotel and the stuff, whatsoever.|| Sadly by the time we were there the weather was cold snowy and the rooftop terrace cafe was closed and we could not enjoy the view of the main boulevard but i am ||looking forward for summer for the view, their delicious smoothies ice-creams and fruity waffles with chocolate! ||The fact that the location is near the center make's it easier to visit everywhere, they gave us a map with all the locations we could visit and we also went to a trip to Transylvania for Dracula's Castle and Pele-sh castle with a guide that knew both Romanian and English for only 29e/p. It was worth every second we all enjoyed it!! we are planning another trip asap. it was the second time after years but compared to the first time you could see the good change. Finally for the amount of money we gave for 3 people for 10 days with full breakfast included i could't ask for more for me and my family, i will recommend it to all of my friends and family.||Thanks for the kindness of the staff, and friendly and familiar atmosphere and delicious breakfast!!! see you asap.||ps: i would also recommend you to make your reservations fast because the lack of interest as i know is high and it is hard to find anymore...

We decided to stay here for 2 nights with my husband and two children. Room was okish, too small for the 4 of us, the bathroom was small and in need of repair, aircondition was the best thing but even that wasn't very strong. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, the mattress was just springs reminded me of a 100 year old mattress. I took my shoes off and as I walked abound the room on the carpet I realised the bottom of my feet were black from the carpet! I was not impressed! Good points it had a fridge and wifi. Only 1 tv and only 1 channel was in English! ( American) breakfast was included in the price and it was disgusting, it was in the basement which no windows stinking of cigarettes yellow/ brown walls. A lady that looked miserable as hell and didn't speak English brought us 4 plates that were identical. 2 boiled eggs 2 slices of cucumber, a few olives and bread. No fresh milk or orange juice coffee was Out of thermostat and disgusting. No cereal no choice whatsoever ever and it was identical the next morning. Yuikkkk. Never again! Would not...

We stayed in a double room (rather spacious) with twin beds for two nights. The hotel seemed recently renovated, beds were comfortable, pillows not so good, it was relatively clean but there is room for improvement. There was a new air-conditioner and a new TV in the room, both worked just fine, but on the minus side there was no refrigerator. The bathroom also renovated and very decent and clean, however the sink was rather small. Our package included breakfast, but it was rather modest (bread, butter, scrambled eggs, white and yellow cheese, some salami, fresh tomatoes...).

The hotel is a good choice for a short stay, but it is definitely not a 4-star hotel. The location is good as it is not far from the city center and there is public transport running along the boulevard it is located at, but the downside is that it is rather noisy due to the traffic (noise is not so bad if you close...
