Engels District — Restaurant in Cluj Metropolitan Area

If you want to get angry, to be stared at by the waitresses and lose time, this place is the most suitable to go to. Went on Saturday, 2 weeks ago, at the Engels Bistro in Manastur, entered the place, took a sit an waited for someone to bring us the menu. There were like 3 waitresses, taking turns to smoke a cigarette outside. Stayed for 15 minutes, they were just staring at us. After these 15 min, we went to ask for a menu, one of them told us they will not be serving food after 8 o'clock (it was around 9 p.m.). Ok, at least you should've said that when you saw us enter the place. But no, too busy, even though the place was half-emtpy. Once again, Engels proving it...

It's one of the best choices if you're in this part of Cluj. Manastur doesn't offer much with regards to services, but Engels is a good place to be. They are open quite early and have breakfast with a lot of choices to stuff the belly. The setting is nice. Most of the times is filled with the locals, at any time of day.
