KFC — Restaurant in Cluj Metropolitan Area

I had a very bad experience in KFC Vivo Mall Cluj. So at the first moment I check the screen, it shows the order as finished, so I go and ask for the order from the girl who is in the cashier, and she says it's not ready, but on the screen it shows as finished, and after five minutes I ask again because it's totally disappeared from the system. At that time she talks with other staff with bad Romanian words for me. I am really disappointed in this moment because it is an international chain, but the staff behaviour is very poor. So after one girl told me one item is not ready. So if the person is tall in this situation at first, I will wait, but this guy is totally removed from the system. So after I received the food, the wings were very cold. and a very bad situation: the burger inside the chicken meat was fried with one hair. really bad hygiene of this international chain. I eat only half pieces of the burger. i think who is respossieble person any one please give some reply to me ...

Con (based on 2 orders) : one burger was not the one ordered one burger didn't look at all like the photo (piece of chicken in front of the burger, nothing on the back, we had half of piece, the salad was forgot, slice of cheese not there) the fries are not salted, not flavouring no condiment on 2 glasses ordered of 0,4l both of them was given "by accident" with glasses of 0,3l.....because the glasses are so similar. After looking to other orders....it seems the "accident"...

Here you can find the well known fried chicken from KFC, that is, the original taste. The quality of the food is very good, the only thing that can be improved is the oil content that is left in the chicken after it is fried. The french fries are not as tasty as the ones from McDonald's, but considering the taste of the chicken I can live with it. One thing to be aware of, is that the waiting lines, are usually quite big (at least 5-6 people in one line), during the rush hours (4-8 pm),so about 10-15 minutes of waiting....
