Tsingtao does take outs and sit down orders , our experience was less than exciting! Once arriving the waiter was unattentful and we moved from table to table to find one that wasn't covered in left over food...the hygiene front of house is alarming not to mention what is going on in the kitchen...we had a look at the menu and seeing pictures of the food is a huge RED flag for any restaurant! The tea option is so poor with it claiming to be a Chinese establishment, we ordered the spring rolls ( picture showed 4 individual spring rolls) but what arrived were 2 undercooked grease sticks, the dumplings we asked for steamed what a huge disappointment they were rock hard, so thick and tasteless! Main dish...birds nest and chicken with pineapple...both tasting the same..overly sweet...soggy and unable to finish! I dont mind a sweet taste at all but with the amount of sugar it was unconsumable very disappointing...the lack of effort from the staff shows in the preparation of the food!! I would not eat here again or recommend it for take outs..if you are hungry and looking for something to eat I reccomend you go into your kitchen grab a table spoon full of sugar and place it in your mouth...this is the same satisfaction you will recieve at this restaurant. If you enjoy tasteless food this is the place for you...I have traveled to China and this is nothing remotely like...
Read moreThis restaurant is a horrible place, we came there on Saturday evening with 7 people, we each ordered 2 dishes each all of which were not complicated to prepare (noodles, fried rice, etc). It took the servers 35 minutes to bring out the first dish and he kept bring each dish one by one so we couldn’t eat as a whole group. I ordered a beef fried rice which came after 1 hour and 20 minutes, along with that the portion was tiny and it had chunks of the MSG inside, it was super salty and tasted like soy sauce. When i asked the waiter why is it taking so long to bring out all the food (because it was taking them over 1.5 hours ro bring my sister’s plain white rice), he told me that there are too many tables and its hard to keep up, keep in mind we were 1 out of the total 4 tables 2 of which were already finishing up. What would’ve happened if it was a full house? Would we need to...
Read moreI just had a bite at Tsingtao and had a fantastic experience. The personnel were super polite, providing excellent service throughout my visit.
The food was outstanding. I enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken with a bit of spice, accompanied by cooked vegetables and a cucumber salad. Everything was top-notch with no complaints. The highlight for me was the milk tea—its wonderful aroma, taste, and smell were simply delightful.
Overall, I highly recommend them. It’s clear they’ve been putting in extra effort to improve, and I’m happy to support them in...
