Terrible food. At the cashier, when we went to pay, they told us they don't accept cards, even though they're legally required to have a POS terminal. They made us pay in euros by altering the real exchange rate, to get more money. When we complained about the exchange rate, they insulted us, saying, "This isn't done in Italy." Good food at fair prices, excellent value for money. The service was really good, we waited about 6 minutes until they took our order, the lady was kind and always smiling, she answered all our requests with calm and a kind attitude!
