I'm really impressed by visiting Manu Bistro. Chef Manuel with chef Lily created outstanding atmosphere and delicious cuisine here. Concept of the restaurant is completely new - they don't even have a boring menu, just personal recommendations. There is no need to think of what you are going to eat - chef Manuel will completely take care of you. He individually meets each guest and pays attention to everyone telling about the food, recommending dishes or just chatting like an old friends. Interior of the restaurant can be called one of the best in city. Service here is at very superior level, meals are tasty and gourmet - I've never tasted such a divine steak (it was so tender that it just has melted in my mouth). I celebrated my birthday here and for me it was a very special day. Manuel with Daniel did all their best - I felt like at home, celebrating with my relatives and I really appreciate this! No wonder if we see Michelin Star award at the door of Manu Bistro in the nearest future.

This restaurant is a little hidden gem in Targoviste. Went on a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. Upon entering we were greeted and sat down by the lovely owner Manu. The restaurant is not traditional in the sense that there are no menus, the owner explained to us that this was a choice of his as he wanted people to try new food daily. We were told about a selection of different meats which are all organic from local farmers. Everything is made fresh, from scratch with love and attention to detail. The atmosphere was incredible, we had a very intimate family meal where all the food was shared. The food itself was absolutely incredible. Every bite full of flavour. Amazing & helpful staff and one of the friendliest owners I’ve ever met. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone passing through Targoviste or even to the locals. 12/10

Really pleased to experience a different dining concept in Targoviste. We were intrigued by the lack of a menu at first but went along with it and really enjoyed it. All of us loved our food with no exception. Some of the highlights are the smoked duck tartare, baked Brie, pastrami with garlic and polenta, beef tenderloin and own wine. Return is on the cards when back in Targoviste.

Scriu rar recenzii, dar data aceasta ar fi păcat să nu scriu. Restaurantul este bine poziționat, într-o zonă liniștită a orașului. De când intrii, observi designul de bun gust cu o cromatică armonică, iar muzica ambientală plăcută. Personalul care m-a întâmpinat a fost de fiecare dată prietenos, amabil iar recomandările făcut au fost mai mult decât binevenite. Cât despre mâncare, am încercat majoritatea preparatelor și am fost impresionat că în Târgoviște putem mânca foarte bine. La capitolul carne de vită, rață și preparate speciale nu am găsit ceva mai bun. Carnea este corect preparată, cartofii sunt proaspeți, nu congelați iar exemplele pot continua. În ceea ce privește platingul, las pozele să vorbească. Pentru cei care știu să aprecieze calitatea produselor folosite în prepararea mâncării, pot spune că prețurile sunt foarte decente. Pentru mine rămâne o adevărată experiență culinară, un loc în care mă reîntorc cu drag și poftă.

I am Korean and this was the most memorable restaurant I visited in Trigoviste for the first time. I was impressed by the owner's friendly service. The food was also great. I will visit Trigoviste soon and this is a restaurant I would like to visit again.

Am avut parte la Manu Bistro de o experiență culinară deosebită. De la locație, servire si pana la gustul preparatelor totul a fost la cel mai înalt nivel. Nu m-am mai întâlnit cu conceptul de restaurant fără meniu, dar am fost foarte plăcut surprins sa văd atenția pe care ne-a acordat-o Chef-ul in aflarea preferințelor noastre culinare. Proprietarul este un om foarte fain cu o viziune deosebită despre experiența intr-un restaurant. Gustul preparatelor a fost de nota 10+. De la mixul de arome din farfuria starter si pana la Steak care "mi-a stins lumina" totul a fost deosebit. Preturile mi s-au parut moderate/normale in raport cu calitatea servirii. Recomand cu căldură oricui are timp si drum prin Târgoviște.
